Thank you for shopping with Hanouti. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We're happy to offer free shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you choose.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order ships, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Hanouti is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us at contact@hanoutishop.shop so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
