How To Measure
- 1 Neck Measure at the center of the neck (over the larynx), keeping the tape slightly loose.
- 2 Sleeve With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of your neck along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.
- 3 Chest/Bust Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- 4 Under Bust Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- 5 Waist Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.
- 6 Hip Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
